Noona HQ works on all devices, anywhere and anytime. Some people prefer a computer, because it's easier to write on them. Others want a tablet so it can be easily moved within the living room. A few people use the calendar only on their phones. It's your choice.

All features under Appointments Pro become unaccessible. If you want to access them again, you can confirm your subscription. But you don't have to rush, we won't delete anything your trial period with Appointments Pro so if you decide later on to implement Appointments Pro, your work won't be lost.

The reminders are delivered at around 12:00 the day before the appointment. We wanted the reminder to be delivered close enough to the appointment to minimize no-shows, but long enough before to give your customer plenty of time to cancel and you plenty of time to react to that cancellation. We think the timing is just right. 

First, your client selects the service he desires, than the staff member and finally a date and time that works - for both you and him. The client can't book when you are already booked or when you are not working. If you want an even greater control over your appointments, you can decide to to turn your online bookings into requests that you have to accept or deny after the booking is made. 

When you accept an online request for an appointment, a message is sent to you customer that let's him know you're excited about his arrival. If you deny, we let him know that you won't be able to make it and encourage him to pick another time. 

Of course not. Online bookings are optional. You can turn them on and off as you please.

It is mandatory for whoever books online to provide her name and phone number upon booking. You can also decide if you want your client to leave her email or social security number. If there is any other information you need, you can create a question she has to answer. For example, you could ask how long her hair is if she is trying to book an appointment for coloring.

Of course. Whoever doesn't want to be available through Online Bookings doesn't have to be. And as for the services, it is also totally up to you which of those your client can book online. 

If you have an active subscription, unsubscribe and we won't charge you anymore. A subscription to Noona HQ comes with no strings attached and you can cancel at any time. We don't want to do business with customers who don't want to do business with us. And if you don't have a subscription, you don't have to think about anything.
